  Michael Bolton-Marketing Director

Michael directs all Abacus SEM business activities and oversees the activities of the sales, marketing and account management departments.

Michael has over 10 years of traditional and interactive marketing experience within the internet and high tech industries. Prior to his current role, Michael was Business Development Director for a leading Art web store.In that position, he worked on various search marketing campaigns for their own websites and also played a major role in implementing processes and systems to improve the overall flow of client work.  

Currently, Michael oversees online and offline marketing and public relations initiatives that support the growth and vision of the company. In addition, he also manages Business Development and Sales. Michael frequently aids in forming the search marketing strategy for various clients.

 


Gerald  Bernstein is AbacusSEM's Financial Director.

Since becoming Chief Financial Officer at the end of 2004, he has led  Finance through a period of significant change, re-shaping the finance provision across the board, moving non-core financial services off-shore as well as implementing two major efficiency programmes.

After graduating in economics from the London School of Economics in 1982, Gerald trained as a chartered accountant with KPMG, where he gained 15 years' experience at a senior level with multi-national corporations across the industrial and commercial sectors. He has recently spent time at Harvard Business School, and spends most time in the USA

Following a year in our sales department, Janice moved across to the account management team, capitalising on excellent product knowledge and strong client relationships. A Google certified AdWords professional, she now manages AdWords pay per click accounts for clients.

 



 

 

Helen Cohen - Head of Account Management

Helen is Abacus SEM's Yahoo and MSN expert and has trained extensively on the two platforms. She has also completed Google AdWords training and manages client accounts across all three search engines.

Helen works closely with both Yahoo and MSN, liaising with their click fraud and editorial departments to ensure optimal account performance. She is responsible for all Abacus SEM account managers in Europe.
